Henrico Sports & Events Center
The Henrico Sports & Events Center is an indoor arena in Henrico, Virginia. The center court has a seating capacity of 3,500 for sporting events. The complex, which has room for 12 basketball courts or 24 volleyball courts, opened in 2023.

Architectural firm Aria Group selected Design Technik for their trusted expertise to provide an acoustic solution that could accommodate the broad range of programs. Using specialized acoustical modeling software, simulations predicted a reverberation time of over 10 seconds, with long, discreet echoes that would have made speech and music impossible to understand, let alone enjoy.
Utilizing Design Technik’s innovative four-octave acoustic system resulted in a remarkable reduction in reverberation time to just ≈2.0 seconds. The enormous space is tonally-balanced and coherent, ensuring incredible speech intelligibility and impactful live and amplified music with no destructive echoes.
