Responsibilities:

Maintaining customer, vendor, and product database

Provide administrative support entering quotes, orders, and invoices for sales team

Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Generate and submit purchase orders to suppliers

Coordinate with suppliers' lead times and delivery

Prepare shipping estimates and logistics for customer orders

Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
