Job Description:

Design Technik is looking for a bright, hardworking, and ambitious individual willing to be trained as an Administrative and Logistics Coordinator for projects providing products and services to world renown music and recording spaces.

  • Develop power user skills in manufacturing software

  • Maintaining customer, vendor, and product database

  • Provide administrative support entering quotes, orders, and invoices for sales team

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels

  • Generate and submit purchase orders to suppliers

  • Coordinate with suppliers' lead times and delivery

  • Prepare shipping estimates and logistics for customer orders

  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers

  • Monitor assigned work email inbox(s)andr espond in a timely manner

  • Manage and direct incoming calls
